MY WIFE

I realize something as I sit next to this beautiful woman foolish enough to marry me...she's mean.  I also was just struck.  Not stricken.  I was punched.  She's now mocking my grammar.  She does not seem to think I would post this, so now I have no option.

Yes, she's beautiful, smart not foolish, and she's not mean, unless you've been mean to her! Do unto her as you would have her do unto you! Be prepared; she's gonna get revenge, when you least expect it! Love ya! Shelia(Momma)

Justin;

I was buying some Honey from your parents a few weeks ago & your mom suggested that I check out your blog. I had no idea that you have been living in Europe. I can't recall exactly where she said you were living, but at the time I looked into it & realized that I had spent 10 months living within about 100km of you.

I'm a drilling consultant & at the time, I was working for European Gas Limited - An Australian company, partnered with the French Government to exploit France's coal seams for natural gas. I had an apartment in St. Avold, France and loved it. EGL had planned to drill 163 wells with up to 5 laterals each (pretty complicated wells. Unfortunately, the price of natural gas fell & the results from the appraisal wells suggested that the production rates would not be economical considering the lower gas prices.

I hated to leave, it is an entirely different way of life over there. I'll never be satisfied with the cheese selection at the grocery store again. The same goes for wine, but I gave up drinking & most other vices a few years ago. Lately, I've been working in the GoM & I keep an apparent/office in Houston, but I spend most of my time off sitting on my parent's couch. I'm trying to accumulate enough money to drill my own wells so that I'm the one getting rich off my work rather than someone else... Greed, I guess that is one of the vices that I held on to.

I'm glad to see that you have built a very nice little family. Nice looking kids, and a wife that is far prettier than you deserve, haha. I hope that you are enjoying your time in Europe. Make sure you stop to smell the roses every chance you get; I didn't while I was over there, and I regret it.

As accident prone as your Dad is, I have to say that I was half expecting a quadriplegic when I went out there to get some honey. Both of your folks were doing well & really didn't act or look their age. Harry Eugene complained about his back, but who doesn't? Stan & Brittany had a baby, as you know. I saw him a few months ago & he looked like all other babies - I'm really not a baby person, but I know that it looked healthy. Brittany knew who the father was, which is always a good thing. (That was a joke)...

Anyway, I have talked about myself long enough to satisfy my ego for now, so I guess I stop rambling.

Stay out of trouble...

Respectfully;
